If the product you bought is out of stock, Pizbi Smoke Shop will get you the closest resemblance product. We will match the new product to the product you bought to the best of our ability. If the product you bought has percolators or any other special feature to it, we will match the new product to its features. Example: You buy a black pipe that has Bob Marley's Face Design on it. If we are out of stock for that item, we will replace if with another color pipe that has Bob Marley's Face Design on it. We can also take a picture of the new product for your confirmation.
