Returns
Pizbi Smoke Shop has a very simple return policy. If you received your item broken when you received it in the mail, we will ship you the exact order again. Before we ship the new order, you must take a picture of the broken items and email them to questions@pizbi.com. In some cases, Pizbi Smoke Shop will request for you to ship the broken items back to us before we would ship the new order. Pizbi, Inc. would also reimburse you for the amount you spend shipping it back to us, with a company check.
Requirements for a Refund:
- You must ship back the items you ordered within 5 days of recieving it.
- The package must be POSTMARKED on or before the 5th business day.
- ALL ITEMS MUST BE UN-USED.
- All items must be in the same form has they were given to you.
