Pizbi Smoke Shop ships your package without stating whats inside the box. We also DO NOT put "Pizbi Smoke Shop" as the sender, we simply put Pizbi, Inc and our PO Box address. Pizbi Incorporated cares about your privacy, if you don't trust us with your privacy please contact us on our Contact Us Page. During Checkout, the website will change from http, to https. You will also see a lock, or a Blue Bar where the website URL is. This will make your data and information encrypted so no other person is allowed to even come close to it.
Shipping:
We currently use USPS and UPS to ship in the US. In the USA your delivery will arrive via USPS or UPS (which ever one you chose). We track your package until it reaches the destination, you will also be able to view where your package is. Glass is not insurable, but is double packed to prevent breakage. If you live outside of the United States, your order will go through customs which can delay the arrival of the order but you will still get the order. In the United States shipping is private and discrete with a label Pizbi, Inc as the shipper. All other countries we put contents listed on the outside of the package on a small white form but we keep it simple such as: pipe x 2 and then the value. Shipping can take on average 1-10 days on shipping in the United States.Shipping costs are dependent on a specific item's dimensions and weight. Unless a Coupon or Promotional event is active.

If you live outside of the United States, your order will most likely pass through your country's customs agency. All items for sale on pizbismokeshop.com are legal for sale in the state of California, Country of the United States and are exported for legal use only. Pipes are intended for tobacco use only and shipped as such and if you do find your order delayed by customs it maybe only for a week and then it should arrive to you soon after. We can not accept any responsibility for a package that is refused by a buyer's customs agency but if so then just email us and let us know and we could try again. The good news is we have shipped orders to USA, and hundreds to other countries around the world without problems. In other words, customs will allow your order to come through but sometimes it can be delayed as they inspect the package. If it is stopped by customs in your area it is beyond our control so please do not blame us but since everything is for legal purposes only this delay should rarely would occur if at all. So order away because everyone does get their order.
Returns:
If your package arrives and it is broken, you can send it back and get a full refund. Pizbi Smoke Shop rarely has this problem, because we package our glass in durable bubble wrap, and put fillers inside of the box so your item won't bounce around. We will not accept any returns that have been used, and we can't accept any returns after you had the item 5 days after you received it.
