Note: You will not be able to purchase a tobacco pipe if you are underage.

We also reserve the right to refuse to sale to you if your area has stricter laws about buying tobacco accessories online. It is your responsibility to check with local and international laws regarding restrictions on tobacco products in your location.

By entering the blown glass portion of our website, you must agree to all of the following terms:

-I am of legal age (18 years of age or older) to purchase tobacco accessories in my country/city/state.
-I am not visiting this site with the intention of prosecution.

* You must be 18 or over to view and purchase goods from this website.

* Pizbi, Inc. may change or withdraw any part of pizbismokeshop.com at any time without notice.

* Pizbi Smoke Shop may also terminate this Agreement and immediately remove, cancel or suspend access to and use of pizbismokeshop.com.com upon breach of any part of these Terms whatsoever.

* Due to the nature of the internet there may be interruptions to services or website availability due to repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new services. We will naturally try to minimize these instances and strive to avoid any "down time".

* By purchasing, you agree that all details you provide to Pizbi Smoke Shop for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.

* You may not transfer or sell your username to anyone, nor permit, either directly or indirectly, anyone to use your username or password. You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your username and password. Pizbi Smoke Shop reserves the right to cancel or suspend any accounts without notice.

* Pizbi Smoke Shop may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written permission.

* In the result of any waiver in respect to our terms we reserve the right to hold all terms relevant in the future.

Purchasing

*You can purchase any of our products via any of the following methods: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express credit/debt cards; MoneyGram, Western Union, and cash only for our in-store sales.

* Once your order has been placed and completed online you will be sent an automated e-mail confirmation of your order. This e-mail is generated by the website an does not mean that we can definitely meet your order. It simply confirms that your order and all relevant details were received and are progressing through our system.

* All purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.

* Any defective, damaged or incorrect orders shipped will be replaced or refunded according to out terms and conditions ONLY if we are notified within 7 days of receiving your order and it is reasonable to do so.

* All products and services are subject to availability. Pizbi Smoke Shop endeavors to keep accurate stock levels however in the event of an item being out of stock it will be deleted from your order or replaced with a similar product. If the item purchased is still required and a similar replacement cannot be found we will retain the order until such time that the item ordered comes back into stock.

* Every order is treated as individual and will be processed as such.

* Canceling an order before it has shipped will result in a refund fee of 10% of the total sale amount.

* Pizbi Smoke Shop can hold an order for up to 5 days if the billing address doesn't match with the information from your credit card.

* Pizbi Smoke Shop are not able to control, or take responsibility for the actions of Customs and Excise. All packaging is discreet and no indication of contents is displayed, however if the items you have ordered are not in line with the laws in your area, you run the risk of customs interfering with your package. We are unable to help you in this situation.

* None of the glass art objects on our website are intended to be used as water pipes for marijuana smoking. None of the accessories contained within this site are intended or should be used for medical marijuana pipes or medicinal marijuana use nor should they be used for any smoking activity, legal or otherwise as it may be illegal in your area to posses smoking accessories of any kind.

*We may request a photocopy of a valid ID to verify your age before your package is shipped.

You also must understand the surgeon general’s warning that smoking tobacco is seriously harmful to your health and may cause cancer.

We will not ship Tobacco Pipes to North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, or Pennsylvania.

We will not ship Salvia Divinorum to Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Kansas, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota, or Virginia.

We will not ship any Spices to Kansas or Missouri.
