Tracking a Package
Pizbi Smoke Shop ships packages with USPS and UPS, which ever one you choose at checkout. Once we ship your order, you'll get an email confrmation with the Tracking Number. You find where your order is by logging to your acccount on Pizbi Smoke Shop, and then click Track on your order. A simple popup will appear with your current package location. If you can't find it, or never recieved it contact us on our Live Chat or call us toll free 1-800-426-0862.
USPS takes up to 48 hours to update the online tracking status. If your order says there is no record, that is because the USPS has not scanned the package yet, we have shipped your order.
